Items left when we are closed are unable to be processed properly and we must dispose of them at a cost to our nonprofit. This takes support away from our mission to support our local students & schools

RIGHT TO REFUSE: we have the right to refuse ANY DONATIONS that do not follow our guide lines. The list of items we do not accept are found here. We appreciate your donations and understanding of our policy.
We are a non-profit so your donation is tax-deductible. Please ask any staff member helping you for a tax receipt. We can now send the receipt directly to your email! The maximum amount to write-off per visit is $500.

We typically only schedule pick-ups for furniture and other large goods.

As of August 2022, we are currently only taking a select number of boxes/bags per donating customer. If you have a lot of items to donate, we recommend you make multiple trips over several days so we have time to process and sell our current stock.
